The Fraud Prevention Insights Analyst position will lead Analysis efforts to identify root causes driving loss performance. This position will also require experience in risk assessment, technological sophistication and data mining techniques which will be critical to success.
Successful incumbents must demonstrate the ability to understand customers' needs vs CIT requirements; proposal generation, negotiations and closure; transaction and or documentation structuring;documentation negotiation and closure.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with the Business to understand and assess new projects for fraud risk; act as a primary point of contact for the partner and the Retail Services business to escalate fraud issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead all facets of development and implementation of fraud application strategies in the Branded Cards and Retail Banking portfolios, and help drive solutions for CRS in partnership with CRS Risk.
Conduct Commercial Credit & Risk assessments of both prospects and existing third party relationships, including the ability to analyze companies, industries, financial viability, Citi's contingent risks and contract protections.
Designs technical infrastructure for applications and assists in defining application tools. Develops the applications architecture and blueprints which reflect business logic of the section or division.
The Fraud Digital Communications Lead will support the North America Risk Operations Fraud function for Debit and Retail Banking products. This Lead will also provide secondary support to the fraud functions for Branded Cards, CRS, and Credit.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the implementation of solutions and technology that drive the fraud oversight and execution models of the fraud framework; participate on cross-functional teams to deliver MIS to support the Fraud Management process.
Provides the business and senior management with strategic security guidance to ensure consistency in development/deployment globally. Work with the business to develop processes and procedures to ensure information security policies and standards are integrated.
