As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work under general supervision on a team that is charged with gathering business requirements and designing business reporting and data solutions for the LoanServ loan servicing product.
The Technical Support Analyst I provides technical support to clients regarding the resolution of product hardware, software and operating system issues via phone or remote access for all supported applications or products.
In this role, you will provide support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.
In this role, you will work on complex issues with ES Dev Engineers, Professional Services or client functional support and create program review activities. This can involve debugging programs to determine the exact cause of the problem as well as suggesting program changes.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide end-to-end complex technical support via telephone, email and/or chat; utilize various logical thought processes and troubleshooting techniques to remediate customer issues.
