A Modeling and Simulation Engineer's primary endeavor is to represent physical and functional truth into an advanced high fidelity computer simulation capable of predicting system pre - deployment performance, or otherwise assisting in the interpretation of real world test results.
INCOSE ASEP Systems Engineering Certification. Training System application domain experience. OCONUS product delivery / product exportability experience. MS degree in a general engineering / technical discipline.
Responsibilities also include analysis of engineering production workflows for process improvement and compliance with LM policies and procedures as well as coordination with Contracts, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, and Shipping to ensure program contractual delivery dates are met.
Responsible for leading elements of the design/development effort. Candidate should be a well-rounded software developer with broad experiences but with a focused interest and demonstrable skills in web application backend development.
The SEIT will strongly influence the inherent system performance capabilities and feature sets of an objective system through definition of design challenges and risks, compliant architectural design, performance analyses of critical requirements, performance/cost trade studies, and participation in the requirements flow down process.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with the different disciplines and integrate all the component changes and new IM motor into the missile and perform the necessary testing to verify the design changes.
