The Field Finance Senior Analyst is a key position providing financial support to Book Fairs regional management team. This role requires a close working relationship with field management to communicate financial results.
In this role, you will be responsible for
all aspects of the financial reporting process. Provide direct assistance to the financial reporting manager and serve as a focal point for client and staff information. Coordinate activities within the management team and all groups supporting the client base.
In this role, you will analyzes and organizes complex qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial and administrative data from multiple sources, and synthesizes results into meaningful reports and presentations on a regular basis.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing).
In this role, you will assist with the development and maintenanceof the business requirements process used to define requirements for systemsprojects, assist with the definition of project scope and create appropriate scope documentation.
In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will be preparing, analyzing, and researching monthly financial results as well as creating and analyzing financial models for budgeting and forecasting and working closely with members of the finance team as well as information technology area.
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and completion of tax returns and reports involved with federal, state, local, property, sales and other tax returns. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting all required deadlines.
This position will be responsible for completion of projects and working under high levels of responsibility and autonomy. He / She will also design, modify, develop and write requirements and specifications of software programming applications.
