The Relationship Manager II, Middle Market is responsible for developing and managing a diversified banking products and services portfolio consisting of complex commercial relationships for clients with revenues in excess of $20MM annually.
The Senior Small Business Relationship Manager (SBRM) provides comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues from $250K up to $5 million, and are the primary point of contact within financial centers for walk-in small business customers and the resident expert for Small Business products, services and strategies.
In this role, you will proactively monitor relationships and oversee/coordinate remedial action(s) to resolve service issues. The rm is the primary bnym ct business development contact and escalation point of contact for clients. Internally, the rm is the primary client advocate/sponsor, collaborating within ct functions as well as across broader bnym to foster more coordinated service offering and cross-selling. In this role, you will be responsible for
credit and risk management to identify, recommend and promote products and solutions that best serve the client while still working within risk parameters that protect the bank.
