The Mgr, Talent Acquisition Ops is responsible for driving centralized operational effectiveness for the TA team which include owning and executing Talent Acquisition reporting (both internally within TA and externally to the business), tracking recruiter performance and generating scorecards.
Manages a major segment or multiple smaller units across one or more locations in a GWIM support operations function for one or more product areas for multiple product areas such as funds transfer, collateral mgt/margins, corporate actions, static data/data management, control, trader support, clearance/settlement, documentation/confirmations, customer service, new accounts or client valuations.
Acts as a change agent in the utilization of LEAN principles, analytical thinking and problem solving skills to identify areas for improvement, and manages the development of new processes and related policies and procedures.
