In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the creation and execution of the content on our digital platforms including but not limited to all social media efforts, websites, text and email campaigns, internet radio streams, audio on demand, E-commerce and apps.
This chosen leader will drive a team that is charged with flipping the methodology of marketing to the customers on its head to market to the supplier. The idea better hotel, cruise, attraction, etc offerings means more sales. This Marketing-flip requires knowledge and passion for lead generation and management, inbound marketing and content creation, specific to a business-to-business and global setting.
The Marketing Operations Director is responsible to help create an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by meeting or exceeding its goals, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, holding staff accountable for performance, motivating staff to improve performance and being responsible for the operation of the department, measurement, assessment and continuous improvement of the department's performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying problems, trends and strategic opportunities; exploring options, building recommendations and presenting appropriate action outlines to management .
