The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting the service account managers in seeking qualified leads for maintenance contract recaptures and providing administrative assistance for the sales and operations department.
In this role, the selected candidate will work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.
This position is designed for those that are not afraid to make the calls and have the top-level conversations necessary to secure the meetings. Your positive can do attitude, quick wit, and resilient nature will be vital to your success with our expanding team.
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Strategic/National Account team and bridge Division Product Managers to support the US and Canada branch network to identify leads on large projects, in addition to providing overall support.
