In this role, you will be responsible to
delivers PHRS HR components and makes recommendations to clients regarding benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and information systems. Manages client activities and on-site visits to create and develop strong business relationships, retain clients, ensure quality service, and build revenue. Responsible for both ASO and PEO clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR duties that include recruiting, on - boarding, benefits administration, payroll, record retention / management, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, EEO compliance and employment law compliance.
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator (HRC) at our Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point (RMCBP), will support implementation of HR strategies and COE (Center of Excellence) programs at this location under the direction of the VP, HR, for the facility.
The successful candidate will advise managers on implementation of new and existing policies, managing employees on leaves of absences, compensation, performance and reward management and employee relations issues as appropriate.
In this role, you will be responsible to assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving human resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
In this role, you will develop and implement workforce planning, talent management, organization design and other human resource effectiveness strategies improve business performance. The selected candidate will also be navigating organizational complexity and complex change.
In this role, you will provide oversight for all aspects of the employment process including advice on recruiting and retention strategies, interviewing and screening candidates, coordinating job offers and on-boarding new hires.
