This position executes HR and business initiatives at the business unit and facility level including, but not limited to, attracting and retaining talent, driving performance management and talent review process, employee relations, training and development, workforce planning/headcount management and workers compensation case management.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
