The Administrative Nursing Director is responsible for the professional development and morale of the service teams and has a close working relationship with the general management team and the medical staff to effectively meet system goals, organizational goals and all pillars relating to the departments he/she oversees.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing policies and procedures for their respective departments in accordance with established policies of the medical center.
The Director of Nurse Recruiting and Talent Acquisition will provide strategic leadership to all talent acquisition functions. Will develop and execute recruiting strategies, enhance company's visibility and reputation in key recruiting markets, and help position the company as an employer of choice.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and to give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, vision, strategy, and annual goals and objectives.
