Manage the process of closing any office, including preparing cost estimates and appropriating funds, coordinating vendors necessary to remove FF&E and clean the facility and perform final walk through with Landlord.
Develop and evaluate investment alternatives that are economically driven, business effective solutions, working with engineering and customers to ensure the correct scope, estimates and schedules for funding requests.
Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. This may include preparing calculations, designs, reports and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
Prepare or direct the preparation of purchase orders and subcontracts for concrete materials and labor; including concrete, rebar, stud rails, post-tensioning, formwork, tower and mobile cranes, and any other miscellaneous concrete materials.
