In this role, you will manages trade partners and consultants; inspects work and approves payment for acceptable work and materials. Manages contract adherence and provides input on subcontractor selection.
The position requires residential construction experience, ideally experience in restoration or new construction, with computer skills, Xactimate a plus ( not required) and the desire to create relationships with large insurance carriers / adjusters. They offer formal training, and have a highly tenured 40 person team and offer a career path.
Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. This may include preparing calculations, designs, reports and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
