The Aerospace Sales Engineer is responsible for managing the marketing & sales activities, including product planning and strategies for commercial and military aircraft customers and prospects - Leading to planned growth in the assigned territory.
Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.

Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with Workplace Sales Support, Underwriting, Compliance, Policyholder Services, Premium Administration, ITS, Commission Accounting, Home Office Personnel and Allstate Field Management.
Develop and implement an efficient territory business plan, and execute a compliant, tailored strategy; as well as apply business analytics, marketplace, disease state, competitor and clinical expertise.
Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
Work closely with current customers, in your own defined territory, to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within your assigned territory.
