In addition, the OSR ensures efficient and effective sales operations and superior customer relations with new and existing custom builder accounts.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing industry expertise technical support and presenting technical solutions to the sales and business solution teams that result in retaining and increasing revenue and clients.
Responsible for final account sales and revenue growth through leading negotiation process and ensuring an acceptable on time outcome from a solution proposal, pricing, profitability, liability, and SLA perspective for accounts to meet and exceed quota attainment.
Responsible for identifying and building relationships between prospective customers and company. The incumbent understands the customer priorities and is adept at positioning solutions to meet those needs.
As part of the sales team, the Sales Engineer 1 supports pre-sale activities. Evaluates the customers' networking requirements for data, voice, and video. Engineers strategic network solutions that cost effectively meets the customers' needs today and in the future. Prepares and presents technical sales proposals for prospective new and existing customers.
Implement strategies to generate profitable growth and achieve annual revenue, price and contribution plans; promote the development of strong long term relationships with internal and external customers.
The Business Analyst will be required to perform administrative tasks in support of the team such as processing and tracking projects, providing agile requirements and overseeing product deployment throughout the Pilot, Beta and General release phases of the SDLC.
