The ideal candidate would have experience representing various stakeholders in chapter 11 business cases and out of court restructurings, including senior lenders, corporate debtors, creditors and equity committees, and liquidating trusts.
In this role, the selected candidate must have exposure to public companies, blue-chip developers, national banks and other sophisticated business clients in complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions along with representing entities involved in various commercial real estate and business transactions, including real estate purchases and leases, constructioncontracting and financing.
In this role, you will examine reports, evidence and other relevant data to determine advisability of proceeding with litigation. The selected candidate will analyze probable outcomes through knowledge and research of legal precedents.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the areas of international and domestic documentation, construction, chartering, salvage and litigation, the candidate would also address charter, cargo, maritime liens, and domestic and international port and dockage matters.
