Proven experience overseeing daily accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, cash accounting, bank accounting, and revenue accounting; must be comfortable working with parent companies, multiple LLC's, and profit centers.
Develop, train, manage and coach accounting staff, provide regular feedback and formal coaching bi-annually. Hold monthly staff meetings to keep team informed of current issues and promote a team environment.
Manage accounting responsibilities for Pay Services / HR Department. Assist the Director with budgeting and forecasting via day-to-day recording of changes that impact reporting to the Finance department. Reports on and analyzes payroll costs and salary budget variances.
