The role of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Data Analyst is to serve as a system expert and reporting resource. The incumbent in this role will work independently to provide ATS and other system maintenance, support and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team, HR, and other stake holders. The TA Data Analyst will manage systems, projects, and processes.
