In this role, you will provide leadership and other management development courses as prescribed by the annual Learning Calendar to include classes for Team Leads (Salaried Supervisors), Line Leads (Hourly), and other management positions.

ensure that client reviews are held with the client user community and that appropriate sign-offs are obtained from Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders.
