The Training and Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all organization development programs and initiatives for the Global Operations/Customer Care teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage daily business operations and employees at the function level; gathers and analyzes data and reports pertaining to the overall operation of the business unit, and completes reports summarizing activities and trends.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all technical and enablement systems training utilizing a range of blended learning solutions (including but not limited to: instructor led, computer/web based, and multi-media).
In this position, you will ensures that safety technology tools are used and those results are examined, trend data is analyzed and plans are developed to reduce and then prevent future safety incidents.
In this role, you will provide leadership and other management development courses as prescribed by the annual Learning Calendar to include classes for Team Leads (Salaried Supervisors), Line Leads (Hourly), and other management positions.
