In this role, you will be responsible for
acts as strategic business partner to leadership on all Talent Acquisition related issues. Proactively engages the Leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, outcomes and service standards.
The Talent Acquisition Technical Sourcer will be responsible for developing a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates through direct sourcing methodology for skill sets related to technology and Software implementation and consulting.
In this position, you'll be responsible for driving and executing the IT recruiting strategies at colleges and universities to hire the best talent for entry-level opportunities and internships. Most of the positions will be IT focused.
