The Junior Systems Administrator will provide technical support to computer customers needing assistance with account administration (Password resets and account unlocks), distribution of software, hardware and software troubleshooting, and service / support request entries via Help desk tracking system.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
Experience Utilizing Active Directory, Exchange Management Console, Exchange Admin Center and Exchange PowerShell to manage client access, distribution lists, mailbox database management, define OUs, and apply permissions for users.
Establishes and manages access control protocols for records and information systems by following an organized and periodic review model; Resolves issues and inconsistencies identified within the storage repository.
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Provide support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems.
The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure in an enterprise-level datacenter environment.

Handle the rollout of new software for the team to include training, procedures, and other change management activities; provide a security briefing for new employees and communicate with personnel about information security policies.
