Experience in (a) defining solution architecture in projects, one of them should be a large project/program, (b) defining solution architecture for given business context and requirements, reviewing solution architecture, evaluating solution options (build, buy, reuse, re-engineer, migrate), evaluating technologies and COTS products (business applications), and defining implementation plan and roadmap.
The Sr. Hybris Solution Architect is a key role within the client eCommerce Practice. Working with large clients in the Retail and CPG areas, this person will be involved though out the entire life cycle of highly complex projects.

Lead team of other architects where required to deliver best solution to client; work with other architects to fulfill end to end solution delivery taking full responsibility of Salesforce.com solution.
Participate and partner with product development to help define and contribute in the creation of progressive integration solutions and tooling based on customer requirements contribute directly to the delivery of these solutions through scripting, coding, testing, documenting, demonstrating and/or showcasing as part of a team.
