In this role, the selected candidate will organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
This Scrum Master will aide in the transformation of waterfall teams to high performing Agile teams by serving as the Scrum Master for two or three teams as well as coaching teams on Agile Values & Principles.
This position is responsible for assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
The qualified candidate will be the advocate for assigned teams, will ensure Scrum practices are followed, manage Scrum ceremonies focusing on velocity and innovation and encourage team empowerment to achieving customer value.
The primary responsibility of the role is to
facilitate cross - functional engineering teams in the delivery and implementation of new products or upgrades to existing products. There is an on - front expectation that this accountability can span up to two distinct Scrum teams.
