The CS is responsible for patient care service delivery that demonstrates excellence in clinical outcomes, episode management, re-hospitalization prevention as well as internal and external customer satisfaction according to benchmarks identified by the organization.
The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations in a Clinic including systems override, personnel problem solving, clinic flow patterns, scheduling issues, and patient care issues.
The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
In this role, you will provides nursing care of wound care and hyperbaric patients, plans and oversees departmental staff nursing and technologist activities ensuring effective nursing services are provided, and adherence to policies, procedures, standards, and regulations. A multidisciplinary team approach to care is utilized.
In this role, the selected candidate provides direct supervision and coaching for RNs, LPNs and Mas, Health Care Clerks, working with the Lead MD, to create a high performance team providing integrated and coordinated care that delights our customers leading to loyalty and retention.
In this role, the selected candidate will review nursing plans to ensure data collected, nursing diagnoses, and proposed nursing care plans are relative and confirm with authorized policy and procedures.
