Develop and execute test cases, document results and assist with coordinating user acceptance test activities; review and analyze test results; identifies issues and concerns and recommends course of action.
The QA Analyst will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to minimize client disruption with errors/bugs getting released into production.
Conduct critical biological, chemical and physical analyses on raw materials, initial, in-process and final products, and samples collected from the environmental monitoring programs at manufacturing facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for testing the database logic, quality, performance, workflows and reports ensuring they meet the business requirements and acceptance criteria prior to release and after release into user facing environments.
The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to make sure analysts meet and/or exceed the SLAs established by our Service Desk Director for employee performance in handling Service Desk contacts.
