Oversees a team of project management professionals that lead and direct planning, execution, controlling, reporting and communication of complex and unique projects across an array of functional activities.
Manages the execution of projects in accordance with organization's project management methodology. Develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations.
Responsible for the financial performance of projects of considerable magnitude and risk to the Company.Typical projects might include major construction management engagements, design-build projects of national significance, design-build-operate-maintain undertakings, unique and complex.
This role is for a way-maker with the ability to leverage their unique mojo to operationalize the plan in a matrix environment of direct and non-direct reports to develop and deliver against the roadmap.
