The Epic Project Director is responsible for the successful planning and execution of a multi-year, multi-facility, enterprise-wide clinical and revenue cycle systems implementation for a major Impact Advisors Epic client.
In this role, the selected candidate must have knowledge of ANCC Magnet Standards, of NDNQI, and Press Ganey required; experience in Project Management and publication and /or programmatic application skills.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for serving on the Graduate Medical Education Committee to formulate institutional policy involving resident supervision, transitions of care, patient safety, professionalism, and quality improvement.
Responsible for planning and implementing programs and events which provide socialization opportunities, fitness and wellness activities, educational and recreational programs, as well as spiritual life support based on the needs and preferences of the residents.
In this role, you will ensure projects are completed within committed timelines and budget constraints and ensure project management policies, standards and procedures are consistently followed within the team and support the project management strategy within the division.
