This role is responsible for leading and supporting project, program, and portfolio management through process standardization, resource management, metrics/value analysis, communication and change management.
Responsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation; responsible for clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles.
Ensures all Credit Process Metrics are within prescribed tolerances. Is accountable for the risk evaluation and associated compliance requirements as defined in respective roles and responsibility matrix for AML, Flood, and other regulatory / compliance requirements within assigned portfolio and for prospects.
Responsible for projects limited in scope to LOB products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives.
Develops in-depth understanding of strategic priorities and supporting capability, and purpose and scope of all initiatives for an assigned portfolio; manages analytics and insights for that portfolio.
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage projects and processes end to end with a strong attention to detail; knowledge of all facets of risk management activities, including when and how to use various tools and strategies.
