Responsible for managing third party billing, disability claims and Medicaid eligibility applications and accounts receivable at Grady's Crestview Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Clinic. Maintain and secure resident financial records. Maintain and securing facility petty cash and resident trust funds in accordance with System policies and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading overall office activities, directing and coordinating office (essentially non-manufacturing) staff, and participation in related corporate projects.
Strong tax technical and research skills in federal taxation. Areas of importance include C and S corporations, partnerships and accounting methods. Experience in one or more of these areas is required.
The Manager Business Office will be responsible for the planning, administration, control and quality management of department activities. Assist the Director of the Business Office/Patient Access in the overall direction and control of patient accounting function.
