The successful candidate will effectively position our services prescriptive approach, negotiate reasonable timelines, share team structure and expected outcomes as part of the sales process to close services business.
Develop email and SMS strategies in support of company goals as related to transactional, onboarding, nurture & retention. Define optimal approach for national as well as international customer segments within the given client-brand relationship. (20%).
Engage with front line leaders and employees to help foster understanding of all Delta initiatives and processes; develop and support training to ensure understanding of employee issues and support direct relationship with all ACS/CGO employees.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with the Clients Deployment Manager/Technical Lead/IT Project Management to develop a client deployment strategy/plan, providing thought leadership and sharing the companys deployment best practice, tools and guidelines.
