The Medicare Director is responsible for achieving membership and margin targets for the Medicare Line of Business. The Director leads strategy and operations for product, marketing, sales & account management.
Develop an account plan for each strategic account, then own the execution of set plan to drive revenue goals and business objectives. Leverage sales techniques and approaches to deliver capability presentations, structure contract terms, etc.
Acts as the Organizational Development Consultant, developing and maintaining a menu of Organizational Development interventions to support team effectiveness as a critical component of business effectiveness. Develops strategic partnerships with senior business leaders, HR Consultants and the HR Centers of Excellence to identify and implement change management initiatives that serve as critical levers in accomplishing business goals and objectives.
Develop, own & articulate the vision for Sages adoption and activation of 3 rd party online marketplaces globally and lead the execution / activation of new 3 rd party e-commerce opportunities and optimise exisiting 3 rd party relationships.
