In this role, you will develop and direct the provision of Orientation, Clinical Education and clinical staff development standards. Participate in Care Management and cross-divisional outcomes work groups.
In this role, you will direct the development and Implementation of division-wide clinical standards, protocols of care (based on evidence and patient outcomes measure analysis) and quality outcomes analysis and improvement.
The candidate will assist the Quality Assurance Vice President with the alignment of business goals, creating QA test standards for both manual and automated testing, determining test automation tools and helping to build a world class test organization that works to mitigate risk and deliver quality applications utilizing a repeatable process.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating with others on National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Accreditation and/or Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) performance.
