Responsible for leading and collaborating with others on National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Accreditation and/or Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) performance; responsible for quality improvement aspects of risk adjustment processes for all products.
In this role, the selected candidate will be
responsible for assisting Medical Director and Quality Program Director with development and implementation of medical staff quality improvement activities.
Responsible for the development, maintenance, auditing, and enhancement of all corporate Quality Management Systems (QMS) at Nuclear and Non-Nuclear sites; responsible for the management of direct and indirect departmental budgets; participates in technical consensus organizations.
Assure the appropriate resourcing, at the site to support the quality assurance and QC testing processes. Provides oversight and resourcing where applicable for projects (site upgrade projects, launches, other).

Responsible for the development and execution of organization quality assurance standards, testing approaches, and automation framework. Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to quality and reliability.
The Director will work collaboratively on other activities as defined in the service level agreements and will oversee daily operations to ensure delivery of high quality services and support and execution of tactics designed to meet the goals.
In this role, you will ensure maintenance of the continuous audit programs which assure branch operations activities are conducted in accordance with company regulations and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
