In this role, you will be responsible for strong focus and adherence to Human Resource key success measures i.e. Employee Satisfaction, Employee Retention and Compliance your ability to influence these upon starting is a foundation for success.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation of talent management, organizational development, HR Best Practices and employee development methods throughout the company and advising management on matters relating to employee productivity, engagement, motivation, performance, retention and workplace climate issues.
In this role, you will manage all employee-related complaints, issues, and disputes, including arbitration process. The selected candidate will also ensure all labor-related statutes, develop and implement HR policies.
