In this role, the selected candidate will act as the first escalation point for HR Business Partners and station General Managers; lead HR function for the region; including regular touch points with all General Managers within the region.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide direct and indirect supervision to the human resources staff as well as the director of first impressions. Participate in staff performance evaluation as outlined in organizational chart resulting in documented timely employee feedback and performance reviews.
In this role, you will be responsible for strong focus and adherence to Human Resource key success measures i.e. Employee Satisfaction, Employee Retention and Compliance your ability to influence these upon starting is a foundation for success.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure company benefits, unemployment, worker's compensation, recruiting, employment screenings, new hire, termination, performance review and credentialing processes are administered in a timely manner resulting in minimal errors, completed tasks and de-escalation of issues in each functional area.
In this role, you will work with considerable independence, developing processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives. The selected candidate will also be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees.
