Understand how to work with designers to integrate sophisticated graphic and visual imagery in collateral material; acquire the business and technical knowledge needed to provide effective communications advice and realisable plans, processes and activities.
Develop an effective working relationship with the Groups Head of Communications (GHoC) whose brief is to ensure that communications throughout the group are executed to a high professional standard and are aligned with the corporate narrative.
This position manages work of freelance writers and graphic designers to achieve Communications' goals. He/She researches and selects vendors and negotiates fees to ensure clear communication of the current strategic messaging direction and minimize costs. He/She with outside vendors for professional communications' services and manages deadlines to provide cost-effective and timely service delivery.
Work closely with the sr. Director compliance and ethics programs and will develop, execute and manage innovative strategic programs and campaigns for mckessons enterprise compliance regulatory and ethics (cre) organization.
Coordinate, manage and facilitate all EWS organizational engagements, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, conference attendance, etc. Develop an overall strategy for organizational engagement opportunities, create and manage to an ongoing cadence and timeline, identify session charters and agendas, and manage session logistics, action items, and follow-up.
Youll be responsible for providing creative leadership and day-to-day management of the members of the graphic design team.. Youll manage, collaborate and push creative work forward ensuring high quality outputs and timelines are delivered.
Partner to identify and source future facing technologies to reach global, wired and non-wired employees to further connect dispersed workforce and foster broader understanding of the companys strategy and culture.
