The purpose of the Project Manager job is to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor medium sized scope and budget projects. The Project Manager will partner with key business stakeholders to ensure a successful start-up and completion of a project. The Project Manager is expected to work under moderate supervision with oversight provided by the Client Services Program Manager.

The Client Manager (CM) is the primary field-based role in the sales organization. The CM has ultimate account responsibility and the key focus is around analyzing the clients situation and business requirements through awareness, empathy and good questioning.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with the Business Review Leaders and other internal departments to improve product, service and/or program business processes. This role is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues.
The PM/BA will partner with the Implementations Manager, Marketing, Sales resources and various other functional areas of the organization to successfully deliver implementation projects of varying degrees of complexity.
