This individual will work with the assigned Director to manage all patient care and staffing activities. The ACNO will be responsible for the development of policies, programs, and services that support provision and improvement of quality patient care and volume growth of the specialty clinical setting.

As a Chief Nursing Officer, CNO, you will ensure the administration of quality of patient care. You will also, oversee, guide and mentor the entire nursing, rehab and respiratory staff to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.
Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures including, but not limited to, e-mail surveillance, regulatory disclosure reporting, branch office supervision, and registration.
Provide support as a high-level legal specialist in healthcare law primarily in the areas of regulatory law and business and professional contracting with an emphasis on business law, antitrust, physician contracting, employment law, and regulated transactions.
The CNO will have regional responsibility for standards of nursing practice, evidence based quality and safety of patient care, deployment of evidence-based experience of care standards, performance improvement, and nursing leadership development throughout patient care services.
Provide legal support in all commercial areas, including sales, procurement, distribution, engineering/new product development, marketing, product management, disputes and contract management for the Club Car strategic business unit.
