Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with THD merchants to support overall department strategy and work to improve all aspects of the relationship. May serve as a key contributor on various other projects.

The Manager, Category Experience works closely with Online and Store Merchants to understand their respective merchandising strategies and objectives. This position will analyze and leverage customer information and behaviors as well as competitive benchmarking to prioritize the most critical actions necessary to improve the customer research/shopping experience.
Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Develops strategies and business plans for respective categories, supported by executable initiatives that deliver results in line with short- and long-term goals. Ensures accurate and competitive pricing across the category.
