Responsible for managing third party billing, disability claims and Medicaid eligibility applications and accounts receivable at Grady's Crestview Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Clinic. Maintain and secure resident financial records. Maintain and securing facility petty cash and resident trust funds in accordance with System policies and procedures.
Manages all operational aspects of campus Respiratory Care Department, including fiscal and performance metrics such as staff retention, patient satisfaction, quality, performance improvement, and staff development.
Coordinates, facilitates, or assists scheduling JOC meetings between the hospital and Managed Care organization to discuss/resolve contractual and operational issues in order to enhance managed care contract performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts (e.g., KOLs, Medical Director, Quality Director, C-suite, Director of Pharmacy, Industry Relations, etc.) and identify opportunities for further engagement.
As a Senior Consultant or Manager on the Care Delivery Transformation team, you will be part of a group responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.
Working on one or maybe a few major accounts and is very focused and able to work with a very small account list. This is not just sales but creatively finding ways to improve their customers products by working on running trials, doing joint research, etc.
Promote effective care coordination with the facility, and communicate clinical status and staffing needs to the service office to ensure high quality and safe transition to the home care clinical team.
