The Major Business Development Manager Cleaning, Breakroom & Facilities Solutions (CBFS) sales position solicits, sells, implements and expands potential new CBFS opportunities in close coordination with the assigned general line sales representative.
Consistently exhibits proficiency in demonstrating and training on commercial systems and applications. Must possess very strong computer skills. Strong proficiency for working with data bases and developing business plans.
Working closely with the Account Executive and Division Manager to discuss openly the following items: new item launches; existing line penetration; Dead Woodslow moving items; conversions; competitive reconnaissance; marketing; end user retention; lost customer reports; couponing strategies; successes and challenges.
Work with National Technical Sales Manager to communicate all account information to field sales, stores organization and participating dealers, including specs, local targets, color and pricing information.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for meeting or exceeding the territorys orders budget, discovering new opportunities and customers, while cultivating a relationship and assessing their needs.
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction, ensuring quality production, on time and on budget for a high-volume/high-throughput studio.
Promote assigned products to the specification community including architects, engineers, lighting designers, interiors and others. Educate the specifiers and the sales agency personnel, assist in getting specifications written and follow from specs all the way to the order. Identify and target key lighting specification influences by activity in various associations and educational opportunities.
