As the Branch Manager, youll have full P&L responsibility while reporting to the Division President. A typical day will include oversight of all branch operations, including areas like manufacturing, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Additionally, demand and production planning, shipping and receiving, customer service, HR, and compliance will also need your attention.
Manages branch service team associates and service supervisor(s). Reinforces service
standards by conducting quality control training and inspections; directs service
department to ensure customer growth through retention increase.
Overall responsibility for the critical issues of branch operation and profitability, including sales, sales growth, budgeting, gross margins, operating expenses, safety, customer service, inventory, equipment, building and vehicles, community relations, accounts receivable and resolution of personnel issues.
In this role, you will be called upon to conduct cold calls and developing new profitable business for the branch office. Previous commercial and or residential prospecting and outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment is a must.
The individual in this role will be primarily responsible for providing leadership, ensuring customer service standards, supporting sales, compliance to company policy/procedure and management of a safe working environment.
In this role, you will lead and manage branch associates at a branch with a moderate to substantial level of activity and complexity; includes service associates, sale associates and multiple supervisors.
