As a Store Manager of Service, you will be responsible for achieving expected sales goals across the service labor, parts, and fleet business and providing superior customer service through in-store execution of programs, initiatives, and standards. The position is directly responsible for maintaining adequate shop productivity.
The successful candidate will be able to handle ambiguity in problem definition, have a good handle on business value and have the initiative to shape problems and projects so that they deliver maximum impact.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide detailed analysis of findings and coordinate all analytical, technical and research tasks. Managers work with Senior Managers and Partners in the areas of risk assessment, audit plan programs and internal audit reports.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for communication within their department, ensuring that information is shared with team members. It is important that supervisors inform their senior management team of information necessary to the efficient operation of the casino.
In this role, you will manage and coordinate the activities of the System Account Specialists, Field Service Engineers and Subcontractors in providing on-site service to end users, OEMs, and Dealer Support.
