In this role, you will leverage key best practices to drive and successfully sell new business opportunities; build and effectively manage a list of new individuals and new clients to drive business development.
In this role, you will develop and manage the annual process of: creating sales strategies and plans, sales projections, sales goals, commissions, incentives, bonus and expenses. Evaluate market conditions and make timely adjustment to the sales strategy to successfully adapt to those changes.
In this role, you will develop and build the business cases for each prospect that includes but is not limited to financial projections, data exchange requirements, technical build-out and marketing requirements in order to present to the senior leadership deal committee.
This position is responsible for managing and driving best in class processes and tight SOX controls to assure the field sales organization is fully goaled out, those targets are properly reflected on goal sheets, compensation is accurately calculated and paid promptly.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent knowledge of product development services, global delivery and proven sales and negotiation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In this role, the selected candidate will negotiate complex marketing, embedded, white label and resources relationships that may require back office, B2B and/or data exchange for the purpose of member enrollments.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage all aspects of sales business operations including, but not limited to resource management, market growth, customer engagement, accurate sales reporting, and employee development.
