In this role, the selected candidate will administer the Clinical Documentation Improvement program of a district; using master's-level project management, clinical knowledge and knowledge of coded data for documentation requirements to improve overall patient quality, capture severity, acuity and risk of mortality.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for Case Management programs in all of the District's hospitals; responsible for the development, implementation and/or monitoring of the Division case management program, including related training and consulting with District and facility case managers, Region and facility management and physicians, as needed.
