In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the project teams (2-3 teams - with multiple team members - design, construction drawings, spec writing, budgets) will have strong client contact; Projects will consist of K-12 work, community colleges, and religious.
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for construction restoration projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, estimating the loss and reconstruction of the entire project through the use of Xactimate, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, permits, and/or equipment required to complete the construction project.
In this role, you will confirm project scope and requirements, assist in project prioritization, monitor and manage project progress, and support project implementation, with the goal of driving efficient, high quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will contribute to business development through active participation in on-going marketing efforts is a plus; interact with clients and stakeholder groups, and experience managing projects and project teams.
