The Plant Manager will coordinate and direct all of the major plant functions, maintain good employee relations and meet all ZBB budgetary objects. Responsible for the execution of all manufacturing operations including Product, Planning, Quality Assurance, Sanitation, Maintenance, Purchasing, Safety, Shipping, Receiving and Materials Controls, all in conformance with the policies and all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
Manage all aspects of the maintenance department including; staff, scheduling, coordinating, directing, vendor/contractor management, directing project management/improvements, budget management, safety, quality, energy use/conservation and planning of all manufacturing maintenance activities.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for communication and coordination of operational forecasts including; review and consultation with corporate offices and plant management team to develop operating budget, oversee cost accounting on developing standards, analysis of variances, annual budget process, and new products costing.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide mechanical and technical support on all facility equipment and remain current with the latest emerging industry regulations and codes relative to mechanical and electrical system.
