In this role, you will manage and coordinate the activities of the System Account Specialists, Field Service Engineers and Subcontractors in providing on-site service to end users, OEMs, and Dealer Support.
The successful candidate will track and manage implementation progress of projects, resolve issues and mitigate risks to remove impediments to team progress. He ssist in reviewing requirements and driving to approval.
In this role, you will partner with business product owners to define the IT capabilities, build roadmaps, establish project portfolio, prioritize backlog and deliver the solutions utilizing an Agile delivery model.
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of IT functions associated with all software applications including: providing application knowledge and experience and ensuring effective service lifecycle management of software applications.
