In this role, the selected candidate will oversee asset management activities, including property management agreements, regulatory agreements and requirements; develops and oversees site budgets and financial performance, lender, investor and program compliance reporting, and capital needs assessments and planning.
The Vice President of Leadership and Development is responsible for the alignment between business leaders and HR partners in the creation and execution of key talent development strategies. As the champion of talent development, the role will partner to lead all talent-related development activities including the design, development and delivery of learning and development solutions, leadership programs and succession planning.
Devise, record, and maintain appropriate test procedures on current and future products and components; ensure companys products are fully and correctly defined and documented with current and accurate drawings.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that the APP Aero commercial team develops the products and revenue pipeline including lead tracking, opportunity identification, commercial forecasts with input from sales, value propositions, addressing customer questions and managing product related reporting through standard Alcoa systems.
