The Vice President of Leadership and Development is responsible for the alignment between business leaders and HR partners in the creation and execution of key talent development strategies. As the champion of talent development, the role will partner to lead all talent-related development activities including the design, development and delivery of learning and development solutions, leadership programs and succession planning.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring and leading consultative sales, strategic account planning, strategic account management, multi-stakeholder complex sales, solution sales, negotiation, territory management, value based selling, networking, new market penetration and growth strategies.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that the APP Aero commercial team develops the products and revenue pipeline including lead tracking, opportunity identification, commercial forecasts with input from sales, value propositions, addressing customer questions and managing product related reporting through standard Alcoa systems.
In this role, you will be collaborate with those outside formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals, i.e. Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management across all ADP business units. Operates well in a matrix environment.
