The selected candidate will be responsible for subcontractor selection; inspections, analysis, repair and improvement opportunities and cost reductions for the building, grounds and equipment; comply with applicable standards.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day to day activities of production workers on a shift. This individual is responsible for safety, production, quality, shipping and receiving, and maintenance on assigned shift.
Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by the PM program; testing systems and equipment, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty components and parts.
Responsible for overall capacity planning, scheduling and manufacturing of existing and newly developed products in areas of assignment in compliance with all regulatory and QSR requirements in a cost effective manner and in accordance with planned budget.
Manage the day - to - day operations for the admitting department including bed assignments and completion of preliminary paperwork. Implements admissions policies and practices and coordinates with medical, nursing, and accounting staff to ensure appropriate patient placement.
Facilitates the investigation of accidents and/or injuries; conducts safety audits, surveys, and inspections to verify appropriate compliance. Advises management on continued development of safety and health culture.
Assist with developing procedures to handle changes in product in order to coordinate the changes in parts and materials within the plant system, with suppliers and with customer, to insure timely start-up of production.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee testing in all site laboratories to ensure the quality and food safety of the final product; ensures all lab equipment is operating properly, is fully maintained and is within calibration.
