This position is for a Product Engineer to design, develop and support products which rely upon hydraulic and electric actuation for functionality. This position involves working in a dynamic design environment co-located with our manufacturing plant, requiring the ability to integrate both theoretical knowledge and practical experience while working with teammates to produce high quality products for mining vehicle applications.
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing new (or improving older) equipment that will automate assembly, fabrication, and packaging equipment utilizing sensors, actuators, pneumatics, hydraulics, controls, tables, punches, motors, servos, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will resolve supplier designed equipment issues; lead projects with component suppliers to meet required performance and reliability objectives within a defined schedule and budget.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzes and designs new products with the ability to mitigate the effects of thermal, mechanical stresses and vibration present in the customer's applications through innovative design approaches.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop design concepts from verbal, written, or physical descriptions and/or specifications while applying design for manufacture and design for assembly concepts.
In this role, you will design portion of the position will be supporting existing designs, as well as NPD (new product development) requiring component selection, circuit design, bench top testing, reliability testing, specification writing, customer and supplier interface.
In this role, you will be responsible for
producibility, capability, efficiency of each product and process in the facility. The Product Manufacturing Engineer will use Six Sigma tools to improve processes to reduce part cost and Cost of Poor Quality.
This position will apply problem solving and design skills supporting project based continuous improvement initiatives while leading a cross functional team in multiple departments across our manufacturing processes.
Designs and/or improves products considering manufacturability, quality and cost with a thorough understanding of design tools and methods; reviews and approves work done by associate and design engineers.
Software Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing embedded software code for medical devices in accordance with internal software development lifecycle requirements, and in compliance with FDA software development guidance.
This Project Engineer / Mechanical Designer will create, design, project engineer and oversee the development of custom equipment; you will regularly interact with customers and help them increase their productivity with new and improved machines. Must be a US CITIZEN or have a Green Card.
